1. Acceptance of Terms By booking or purchasing services from Lakay Lawn Service ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Lakay Lawn Service provides residential and/or commercial lawn care and landscaping services. The specific services, pricing, and schedule will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Scheduling & Access You agree to provide reasonable access to your property on the scheduled service date. If access is not available, a trip fee may apply.

4. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our website and other approved methods. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellations We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.

7. Limitation of Liability Lakay Lawn Service is not liable for pre-existing damage to property, damage caused by hidden objects, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather).

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
